Elias Irizarry is from Rock Hill, South Carolina and is an alumni of The Citadel; Military College of South Carolina. Elias additionally is the chief personnel manager for a construction and holding company in South Carolina. Additionally, he serves as a Wildland Firefighter, most recently during the Summer 2023 fire season in Oregon. He is a member of the York County GOPs Executive Committee for Manchester and a graduate of Nation Ford High School.

Elias Irizarry has dedicated himself to a lifelong commitment of service, having volunteered greatly in veterans advocacy and poverty alleviation. Whether as a Wildland Firefighter deploying into wildfires, or volunteering to build emergency roads in the aftermath of Hurricane Ian, Elias has always shown dedication to serving others. He wants to continue that service by representing District 43 in the South Carolina House of Representatives.
